Good, not great. I would go here again. Its not bad. It is just your average sushi place. If you are in the area, and want sushi, this is not a bad choice
Nice atmosphere. I thought this place had a nice atmosphere but I have had better.
Best Sushi in San Diego. The sushi is amazing and everything else on the menu is too! The martini's are strong and delicious! I love this place! Great for date nights!
rude rude rude. Ugh.. I can't say that their food even makes up for the atmosphere. Its one of those places people keep going to cause it's trendy not cause it's good. There are so many other places that are so much better. And their prices aren't anything to watch your wallet with.
Awesome Sushi. I recently moved to San Diego from San Francisco and was unsure of where to find a good sushi spot. I found Ono Sushi and absolutely love it! I highly recommend this place.... the food was fresh and resonable priced, the bar serves an array of martinis and their Flirtini is to die for and the lighting is perfect. I hate and avoid restaurants with bad lighting.... this is a great spot!
FRESH!!. We walked in to this place without knowing what to expect, and was pleasantly surprised how fresh the sushi was. It had a rock n roll vibe (and loud metal music) which I didnt think went well with sushi, but hell, the food was excellent. Again, one of the freshest fish I've had in a while. MUCH better than Sushi Ota which goes to tell you dont listen to the hype. It was a bit on the pricey side, but was almost worth every penny. But please turn down the death metal!!
Talented. Once we found a place to park we sat down to one of the best sushi experiences that we ever had. The menu offers some unique options but we chatted up our chef and opted for an oma kase style of dining. The fish quality was some of the best I've had in a while. Good mix of traditonal and creative flair. The place had a fun, hipster vibe.
Editorial Review. Simple neighborhood sushi spot offers traditional and specialty rolls, plus grill items and seafood entrees like blue crab and lobster tacos.
Fabulous sushi. I ordered the lobster roll and the rainbow roll. The quality was very good and the presentation was pretty. The service was friendly and professional. I can't wait to go back.
