Located near the Landmark Theater, this family-owed sushi bar has a reputation for friendly service and premium quality fresh fish at reasonable prices. Regulars tell the chef their price range and allow him to create a personalized sushi selection for them. Less adventurous types won't find Americanized sushi on the menu, but options like crab-stuffed dumplings, sesame chicken and shrimp rolls more than make up for the limited selection. For a real feast, order the sushi boat, a sampler platter brimming with tempura, sushi, sukiyaki, beef teriyaki, dumplings, soup and salad.

Best sushi in town! Best kept secret!. I can't say enough good things about this place. The sushi chef Kazumi is awesome. He would make all kinds of great tasting sushi for you. You don't even have to order. He's very funny too! Everyone seems to know everyone there in the restaurant. I was told this is the local's favorite by multiple people and some had been going to Kazumi for 20+years. Many patrons are Japanese or people who had lived in Japan. Very traditional and authentic. This is not a place to be if you want one of those colorful rolls with cream cheese and spicy source. But if you want very fresh fish, unusual selections, complex and sophisticated tastes, this is THE place.
