One of the city's oldest and best known dive bars has emerged from its remodel as a cool hangout for those seeking affordable drinks, cheap eats and a place to shoot pool or listen to tunes on the jukebox. Dingy, cracked barstools have been replaced with sleek, red leatherette seats, and shiny steel chairs beckon from beneath awnings on the outdoor patio. The food is typical bar fare, nothing to rave about, but good enough to satisfy burger and fry cravings before it all gets washed down with beer and retro cocktails.

Tuesday and Fridays the place to be.. Bartender Doug is a bartender's bartender. On Tuesday and Friday nights he can be found here. He has an innate ability to know when to listen, when to talk, and when to just flip the whiskey bottle with flair.
