My business relies on being on time and Lion has been a big help to me. Although their name has changed, I still recall them as Lion. When overseas, I had a very difficult project that needed help to get from Tijuana to my customer. Lion stayed late and met my supplier at the border and rushed the delivery to my customer. We made our deadline and kept the business. On top of it, they did not take advantage of the situation and only charged me the standard rate - even though they did above standard work. They also missed a delivery for me recently due to heavy traffic. They called, explained the situation and did their best to remedy it. Fortunately, it was not critical to get there too quickly and it was not a problem. But, I really appreciated the communication and pro-active approach to solve the problem. They delivered on Saturday to my customer and discounted the delivery due to being late. I recommend these responsible people.
Pros: Responsible people with excellent communication skills. They go the extra mile.
Cons: Sometimes they are late, but have never been late for me on a time critical delivery.
