This is the worst dentist I've ever visited! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to him!. It was like a scene in a sitcom, my first appointment with Dr. Baral that is. Upon meeting with him for the first time, I told him that I was there for a cleaning and checkup at which point he told me I was informed that there would be no cleaning. I said, "no I wasn't informed of this" and he replied, "yes you were". He was extremely condescending in his tone and his verbiage throughout the entire visit. When I left that first appointment I just laughed at the experience. I was so taken aback, I found it entertaining, which is the only reason I went back a second time. I figured OK, this guy is totally out of his customer service mind, but he seems fair in his dental practices. That second time however, I was in no mood for his shenanigans as I was having tooth pain. There it was again, the same Dr. Baral and his condescending attitude in all it's glory. He interrupted me several times and went as far as to say "stop! You're only digging yourself in deeper. Stop, and think before you speak". I couldn't believe it! I literally wanted go UFC on the dude! I told him what an unprofessional excuse for a dentist I thought he was before walking out never to return. Believe me, when it comes to health related issues, I want the best I can get. However, I absolutely won't tolerate this type of behavior from any medical professional no matter how good he is. I'll never know of Baral's credentials because I'll never step foot in his practice again this man's name ever comes before you as a dental option, turn and run in the other direction as fast as you can. I would never, ever consider this dentist ever again. I feel that he is a disgrace to the dental community and I have to agree with the last poster that he should not be in the service industry in any capacity, especially one involving the public's health. DOWN WITH STEPHEN BARAL!

PS -To the last poster. It's not just women; he'll treat you poorly no matter what your gender.

Rude, obviously hates women. This dentist was rude and belittling. I walked out of my first appointment . It takes a lot for me, but after the 5th insult, I was done. I had my baby with me and they wanted me to park my stroller in another exam room....are you kidding??? The dentist came in and when I looked back at the stroller he said, "I'm sure whatever you're hiding in there is fine, you need to focus your attention on me now." Can you believe it??? He asked me what problems I was having with my teeth. As I started to answer, he interupted me with a finger to the mouth "shushing" motion and putting his other hand on my shoulder and then proceeded to ridicule me seperately for having my wisdom tooth pulled, having mercury fillings and basically anything I told him I had done in my mouth was wrong. He said that today I was going to learn what is really going on in my mouth. He asked, "Why did you have your wisdom tooth pulled?" I said, because my dentist told me I had to, it was impacted. He said if your doctor told you to get a hysterectomy would you just do it? You need 18 fillings, do you believe me? You need to be a big girl now (I'm 37) and be responsible and educate yourself." All the while he's smirking and looking up to the ceiling. After every single question he asked me he would condemn my answer. He was so condescending after I had asked if the bond he suggested would hold my tooth together permanently that I said, "I'm just asking you a question." I finally had enough and stood up and said, "I'm leaving." In the most taunting way, he said, "Best of luck to you dear!" I was so angry, but held my composure. All I said was, "You're very rude," as I walked out. Something tells me that I'm probably not the first patient to walk out on him. (Update found another review on Kudzu dot com where another woman had the same experience). This is not a human being that should be interacting with others. He should consider working solo on a submarine that has no dock.
