Salon has gone downhill. Wow! Five months ago I would have given them a 5 star rating, but not recently. First of all, watch your reciept. You dont always get the sales price, the cashiers have made mutiple mistakes. Second, the staff does not like cashing in your well deserved reward points for salon services. Very akward. And third, I recently got a keratin treatment that was said to last about five months...lasted one! Before I went in for a color my hair was fabulous...after it was frizzy and curly. The salon manager would not redo...said it was because I had dry ends...even though the hairdresser , at the color appointment, said I could go three more weeks before a cut and scheduled the cut for the end of June. So sad, the salon has really gone down hill!!
