Not so great laser place....... I'm so disappointed, I found Timeless to be a mixed bag...

I had a massage that was the WORST massage on the planet. A large Russian woman with garlic on her breath who wouldn't stop talking the entire massage have me a massage on my birthday. It would be comical if I hadn't felt like I'd been in a bar fight the next morning. EEEGGADS. She gave me her card and said to call her directly instead of going thru the clinic.... methinksNOT.

I just finished the 6 pack laser for a extended bikini area... and there are areas that look as tho they were never treated at all. I ask Michelle at the last appointment about finishing up, she was too busy or not interested in letting me know what the fees would be. Honestly, I was really surprised that 6 sessions over 6 months wouldn't take care of the hair. In any case, I then emailed from the website "contact page" letting them know I was one of their clients... and to follow-up to find out what the fees would be for more sessions. No one ever bothered to get back to me.

Yeah, everyone seems really nice (with the exception of the person who did my massage) but I wasn't looking for a social club... I was expecting to not have to wax or shave any longer after investing that kind of money for laser hair removal...and now that isn't going to be the case at all! I now have to go and find another place to finish up the job they started ....
