Nice Shop...not cheap. Central sewing is a nice sewing shop with very educated people. Irma, who works there, is very nice and will take a lot of time explainging things to you, and showing you how they work.

Paula, the owner, can be both nice and snooty. I guess it depends on her mood. I think after someone spends that kind of cash on a sewing machine(these are very expensive Baby Lock machines), she should always be nice.

I have never had a problems with service to my machine, or them adding any additional fees to my service quote. Hopefully that never happens.

All in all, I would buy from them again if I could afford another machine.

Great Machines, Bad for sales&service. Repair shop sells repairs whether they are needed or not.

If you didn't buy it from them, beware. Owner Paula has a real attitude when it comes to "EBAY". You aren't a customer until you buy it from them.

They moved from Illinois to Second St. In El Cajon, CA

Repair department misled me on a repair and made big bucks. I later discovered it was a $20 part. Not a $120 repair that I could have done myself. So Sad.
