Hillcrest-area roadhouse welcomes gay men of all shapes and sizes, from stocky bears to pec-tacular physiques..
In Short
Make no mistake, this isn't just a gay bar, it's a "man's bar," as the sign above the door warns would-be bar-hoppers. Once inside, though, the crowd is tolerant--even friendly, like a big beer-swigging gay frat party. A horseshoe-shaped bar and two pool tables generate tame flirtations and distractions inside, but the real (pickup) scene is on the wooden deck, where a sea of men sport bare-chested tribal tats to Izod tees.
