Great Place for an awesome deal

My experience with the owners has been nothing but pleasant. They quoted me fair and reasonable prices for new gold and always gave me a fair price when selling gold and silver to them.

Great place to do business.

Nobody answers the telephone?

I called simply trying to call a speak with a live human being. Instead, I got a recording of a person quoting the daily price for gold and silver.

I really don't want to have to drive miles across town to get my questions answered. Pretty strange and seemingly unprofessional. I guess that the next time I'm in the area I will stop in the store. I'll let you know how that goes as well.

Old Coin Shop has been in the same location 48 years. Yes, we do have short hours which are of our choosing. The hours are 9-3 Monday thru Friday and 9 - Noon on Saturday. The hours are not posted. If the shutter is down we are closed. We have a 100% no questions 15 day return policy provided the coins remain in our original sealed flips. Thanks for the opportunity to rebut the above comment.
