Great!. I started going to Sandy's nails since it was near my house - LOVED IT, she knew what I wanted my style and suggested new styles to try. They are always happy to see you... Friendly and make appointment on Friday evenings they get busy...

Best Nail Shop in SD. I have been a regular here for about 2 years. I am never disappointed going to Sandy and her staff. There have been a couple of times where I have been to other places because I didn't want to make the trip to Sandy's, but each time I was unhappy with the service I got and how my nails turned out. Sandy (and staff)gives a great eyebrow wax, lip wax, does great nails and great pedicures. I highly recommend you try Sandy Nails at least once.

Bad. Went to this place on impulse because I was leaving for vacation and couldn't get in at my normal place. Got a new pink and white set and pedicure. The white "tips" were all over the place...uneven and with "mushy" edges. When I was unhappy, another technician attempted to even things out, but there wasn't much that could be done without starting from scratch...and I didn't have time for that. The acrylic started lifting and chipping almost immediately. I went back when I returned from my vacation less than 10 days later and was told that the chipping was normal and was because the acrylic was applied to my natural nails rather than fake tips, which is weird because I've always had the acrylic applied to my natural nails and never had this problem in the past. Pedicure was mediocre at best. Calluses were not removed and paint started chipping within 2 days. Don't waste your money. They will wreck your nails.
