These guys are great!. I've been doiing business with AMEC for years and have found them to be nothing but honest, helpful and courteous. I am familiar with the situation this guy is talking about - as I understand it, AMEC went out of their way to do everything possible for him and it turned out to be an issue with this guy's own software. Anyway, AMEC is a great place. Try them out next time you have a computer issue. They are knowledgeable, professional people who can help you with a new PC or repair one you have.
