I wish I had found that other negative
review before going here.
They burned me during my laser hair procedure. There was NO doctor to see there..only the nurse who burned me and then the very rude owner who MOVED midway through my package and assured me the burns would heal fine. Would not refund me and now will not return my calls. I got refunded from group on but Anna the owner is obviously a scam artist. When I went to them they are now called MD skin..but before it was something else..but all my receipts say Sugar Spa.. something is very wrong here. Stay away

Don't waste your money. DO NOT waste your time with any attempt to have a relationship with this spa. The owner, Ann, has moved the spa so many times and her customer service is horrible. And, especially do NOT buy a package from her because if you do and when she moves, you will NEVER get your money refunded (if you are able to track her down). She promised a refund October 2010 and it is July 2011 and no refund. She told me that she didn't have the cash to refund $185 of a package...scary. This is the worst run business I have ever encountered - frustrating and upsetting. I wonder how can she keep fresh and healthy products if she has no money.
