Hidden Cost if you are not a regular.
7 Oct 2011 my first visit to Ortegas Cocina for lunch and it was disappointing. The menu should reflect that EVERYTHING is AL-la-cart (not in fine print to difficult to read) and side dishes are not included in the listed price. You are only served chips and salsa if you order a "full" meal. Wonder how the waitress new the four people that sat after us were ordering full meals, as she brought them chips and salsa as soon as they where seated.
The food I selected was OK. Service was sub-standard. To say I would never go back or recommend this place is an understatement.
