Cheap, friendly neighborhood pool joint anchors the OB bar scene..
In Short
A sketchy-but-harmless staircase leads to the front door of this loveable dive just off the main drag in OB. Lean against the padded leather bar and one of a handful of regular bartenders will serve up anything under the sun for less than $5 bucks. All the recreational standards are here too--darts, dice, pool--with a few surprises like a bocce ball table. Food? A 7-Eleven is just across the street.
