Clean! Nice staff! Excellent job! See Matteo!. I've been here twice. First was just to change the ball on my cartilage hoop (since it's sometimes a pain to do it yourself). Even with a simple thing like that they were extremely sanitary. Second time was earlier this week to get my eyebrow pierced. First, let me say that I'm the BIGGEST with needles. My first piercing (at another place) I cried, fainted.. the works! So I let them know and they were very sympathic, patient and even encouraging about it. I had Matteo.. who was amazing! Highly recommend him! He guided me through the process so I'd have no surprises, was incredibly patient and understanding. Nice and conversational too which calmed my nerves. He did the piercing free hand and it took about 2 seconds. Best of all.. it didn't hurt! Felt like a small pinch! It's been about a week now and I've had no problems with the piercing in terms of bruising, etc. All in all, I came in scared as could be but because of the amazing staff, left having a great experience!
