Loved the custom work!!!. I ordered custom portrait cookies and they turned out great! They do photo cookies and hand decorated and i chose hand decorated and they were so creative and really well done! I am going back for Easter favors for my kids!

Best place for fresh gourmet cookies or custom gifts!. This cookie shop has the most talented decorators - they can do anything from custom characters to putting a business card on a cookie!

Horrible service, unorganized and taste like cardboard. I have used them twice. The first time they delivered the cookies to the wrong address and missed the date of importance. They graciously gave me a coupon. Several months later I decided to give them a second chance. I ordered the cookies online and called to use the coupon, they refused to honor it, so I canceled the order. It took a fifteen minute phone call to finally get them to okay the cancellation on my credit card. Two days later they delivered the order, obviously not honoring the agreement to cancel the order, charged everything to my credit card and still refused to let me use the coupon. HORRIBLE service, rude and very confused. The cookies were well decorated but tasted like cardboard.

double charged....twice. The cookie basket is nice, although expensive. $65. online, but $90. when I order it through the store. The worst part is the charged me twice for one basket two different times. When I called for them to fix it, they removed the double charge and then the very next day charged me again. My first payment already went through so there is no reason for them to try to charge me again. I called them, and they said just give it a couple of days. Very annoying...I guess I am going to have to check my bank account everyday and make sure they don't keep charging me and that they fix their mistake...again!
