location, location , location !!. My Husband and I stayed at the Mission Valley at the end of june this year. We booked it 3 weeks prior to going as we had just found out I was pregnant with our first child and we needed a holiday before the baby arrives. Apparently they suffer (JUNE GLOOM) obviously throughout june, however only 2 out of our 11 days was over cast, the rest was beautiful and very warm no complaints there, we found this hotel to be really pleasant, the pool and jacuzzi where both lovely (very quiet) and clean, our room was comfortable with a large bed ,tv,phone,bathroom all that you need really its not the hilton but I am not a hilton type of person I like a relaxed clean hotel with friendly staff. We had a few drinks most nights in the hotel bar before we headed off to bed, the bar staff were great, very motivated, and friendly. We did so much on our holiday Sea world (amazing) returned there 2 more times, San Diego zoo, USS Midway, Seaport Village, Old Town, Point Loma, the list is long. This type of holiday was very different to our usual yearly visit to the Caribbean we were on the go all of the time I did get a bit tired with being pregnant but I was not going to the caribbean and risking the food etc!! I think San Diego is a beautiful city but you will need another holiday to get over all the site seeing and flights.

My wedding was held at Mission Valley Resort.. My wedding was held at Mission Valley Resort. They are very nice people, the rooms are nice, lots of parking and the mall is close by. Had no problems so far.

The amenities helped make our stay more convenient. Good - I would return to the Resort. The customer service was good and assisted me with carrying my Mom's oxygen to our room. We were booked in a 1st floor room as requested. The amenities of the resort helped make our stay more convenient and pleasurable.

AWESOME Location !!. the hotel was located in great area ! WE CAME TO GO TO LEGO LAND ! We were a 20 min drive from here 10 mins from airport .has 2 pools resturant on prem.(good food) conveint store (prices good) . we saw bad reviews after we booked and were scared to death but after we got here and checked in we are thrilled we were here....... It is not a 5 star hotel but for a budget family trip it had every thing we needed !

Enjoyed it!. I must say I was surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay here. The free internet access in our rooms kept the kids entertained. Will be coming back again.

your pool is nice and rooms were comfortable. we had a great time there, it is near sdsu where our daughter is attending school. it is nice to have the restaurant right there and the people there were great also, your pool is nice and rooms were comfortable even though the prop is older. it is the people at your hotel that make it exceptional.
