unpleasant experience. I walked into the store to spend a good deal of money on a pair of glasses. The music was blaring. I commented on how loud it was. the sales lady said, "we're bored". First impression. Not good. The second lady who helped me was be-bopping to the music while i was looking at glasses of inerest. Again, not good. I asked if she was preoccupied and decided to leave. Sale lost. I went to Macy's instead. I got undivided attention there. I won't be back to the Sunglass Hut. Arrogance, ingnorance, whatever. That place is a joke.
