Everyone here was wonderful!. Everyone here was wonderful! When I came here everyone treated me as if I was the most special person in the world. Julia is the most talented seamstress I have ever known. I would recommend Bridal & Tuxedo Galleria to anyone. When my 4 daughters get married they will ALL buy their dresses here. Tim is awesome too!

a very reasonable price! :). Julia helped me with altering my dress- She was so sweet and did such a beautiful job- my dress had to be taken in everywhere and the beading had to be removed and then stitched back on. They even had the train removed- Everything was perfect. I loved my dress and my experience with Julia and everything was done on time at a very reasonable price! :)

Don't walk, RUN away from this place. I had a horrible experience with The Bridal & Tuxedo Galleria in Mission Valley. They are in the Chilis parking lot off Mission Gorge and Camino Del Rio N. They had all the grooms parties measurements wrong and we spent over 3 hours the Thursday before the wedding getting last minute fittings.

They didn't have my shoes on the day we picked up the tuxes. They didn't arrive until about 3 hours before the wedding started! I had to have a groomsmen go pick them up.

The owner, "Tim" was rude beyond belief, and literally scowled at us every time we were in there. Every one of my groomsmen said they had some peroblem with him specifically. The only reason we picked the place was because our first encounter was with Amy who was sweet and helpful. If we had met Tim that first day, I would never have done business there. I had put down the full payment for all the tuxedos, and I had all of my groomsmen pay me personally. However, he asked each one of them for money when they went in to get fitted.. Then they would have to call me and ask why they were being asked for money. It was a mess.

Then, the real final straw was after everything was returned, the groom's (my) tux was supposed to be reimbursed. I was told I would get $117 and change, which is what my tux cost. When I asked for the check, he tried to write it out for $54.00. I sorta blew up in his face and told him he had provided lousy service and now he's trying to steal from me too. It was such a scam. In the end, I was able to get $77.00. Not sure how he came up with that figure, but I was relieved to just cut my losses and get outta there! I should have gotten everything in writing from these people. Please keep this in mind when you are dealing with them. Get it in writing or he will try to scam you. I've looked them up since, and they have terrible reviews on all the other sites. No surprise.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I did not read reviews before shopping here. i should have. Everything seemed ok while trying on tux's for myself and groomsmen. When we went to pick up tuxs, the wrong shoes were given to one of my groomsmen and told they did not have any extra of the correct shoe. Also, was told i would have to pay $20 extra to "ship in" the tux i wanted because it is not one they keep in the store. We also rented the top hop, but they did not reserve it for us saying they did not know we wanted it. So to rent it on that day was $42 or $45 to buy it. Needless to say, i bought it. Upon return of the tuxedo, since I was on my honeymoon, my friend returned everything in the bag. AFTER he left, they called my phone and said the tie was missing and that I would be charged $35 for it. When I returned home a week later, i called and asked how much a rental of a tie was. i was told $15, but when I asked to return the charge of renting it (since I now had to buy it) they said it was less because of a "package" deal. When i asked how much the discounted rate was, Tim told me that the girl who takes care of the counter and money would not be in until 2pm. Another runaround trick. i will never recommend this place. Please do not have your special day marred by this type of thievery and bamboozlement.

Very happy with the service. I was very happy with the service. My wedding gown and all my brides maid dresses were beautiful and came in on time. My finace also ordered his tuxedo and he was happy with the price. I shopped around every where and they have the best selection and for sure the best prices. From Amanda G. in La Mesa. I had a pretty good experience here. The first time I came in, I met with Amy. I'm very OCD, so for the dresses I liked I had a spreadsheet of designers, their style numbers, and where the dresses could be found. I came in with a list of the designers that said they could be found at B&TG, and the style numbers I found on the designers' websites. When I came in, though, the store had their own style numbers and didn't leave the labels on the dresses. Regardless, Amy took my list and tried to locate the dresses on them, while I went through the store's books and picked out other dresses I wanted to try on. Amy did a great job! The store was pretty busy that day, but she still managed to find dresses off my list and pull them for me, pin me (with the help of another helpful consultant) each time I came out of the dressing room. I love a lot of the dresses and Amy kept a list of the ones I really liked. The dresses were also relatively within my price range. I came back a 2nd time because I was unable to try on everything from my list during my first appointment (I had a TON of dresses on my list!). This time, Courtney helped me. I was pretty early for my appointment and Amy was helping someone place an order. Amy still had my list, and Courtney pulled the remaining dresses that I had yet to try on. She was really helpful, too. My mom and I had some questions about colors that dresses came in (one of the dresses I tried on was pink!) and she found the answers for us and even found some photos of the dresses in the colors I was interested in: white! She was very helpful. I had a good experience both times I went to try on dresses. I will probably go back again to look at a couple of my favorites, and I'm sure the experience will be just as good.

NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!. HORRIBLE service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would only say AVOID this place. You can try dresses on here and then go to any other shop to order, alter, etc.

I found and ordered one dress...THE dress. They called me the next day to tell me it was too late to order that one and that they could not have it in time for my wedding. I came in again and found a second one. Not THE one at all, but one that was OK. I was less than excited about the situation. In tears I ordered the second dress, payed half up front and waited for it to come in.

Curious, I called several other stores in town and they said it would be no problem to get THE dress...the one I really wanted. I went into Bridal and Tuxedo Galleria to tell them I didn't want the ordered dress b/c I could in fact have the dress I wanted! They refused to give me a refund and I was stuck wearing a second choice dress.

Later I found out that Bridal Tuxedo Gal. has such a horrible reputation w/ all of the distributors regarding lack of payment, etc. so it was just them that couldn't get my dress. They were so in debt to the warehouse that they refused to send any more dresses to them.

It was a HORRIBLE experience and I would never go there again!

You Get what You pay for!. This lil Shop Is Huge on Service! they have the best prices in San Diego and they have everything you're looking for in high quality designer dresses with OUT the snobbery of those high end boutiqes. Theyre not outrageous with their prices and they can get anything you would want! ONE STOP Wedding shop! They even have a vast selection of discontinued dresses for over 50% off! theyre amazing!
