5 Stars!. I give Here Comes the Bride 5 stars mainly because of Kayla who was my dress consultant. She was amazing! I went twice to try on dresses and both times she was so incredibly patient, nice, calming, and never at all pushy. She was great with my family and the big crowd who came with me. I can't speak much for the other staff...but if you're looking to come to Here Comes the Bride, request Kayla and you'll be glad you did!!!!

Best wedding shop out there. Out of all the shops I went to in search of my wedding dress, my consultant, Megan, from Here Comes the Bride was the most helpful, kind, and most importantly- insightful. She watched and listened to how I reacted and what I said about each dress...put all the input together, then pulled out something similar but different from what I was trying it on...and I totally loved it. If you ever come here to look for your wedding dress, request Megan, she will help you find your dress!

Clean Bright and Inviting. I had a very positive experience here! Kayla met with me and was the perfect mix of helpful without being too pushy. I came in only wanting to try on one dress that I had seen online but was nervous that I might be pressured into trying on a whole rack of other dresses just because I was there. To my relief, I tried on my dress, got to ask a few questions about it and was on my way with a smile on my face. I was so impressed. That kind of "no-pressure to buy" attitude is unusual in the bridal world! I wasn't ready to buy the dress that day but ended up wanting to just because Kayla was so great with me.

The store was clean, bright, and inviting. Dressing rooms are very spacious. I give it a strong recommendation!

Felt Warm and Fuzzy inside after we left!. I bought my dress here 3 years ago and have been telling all my friends to go here since. I did however buy direct from the rack so can not speak to the shipping experience. My dress was beautiful.

Another friend of mine purchased her dress today which only brought back GREAT memories.

The store is clean and well organized which makes shopping so much easier. They have private rooms so you don't have to parade in front of strangers.

I do wish they served chilled beverages but even without champagne you leave feeling warm and fuzzy inside.

patient and upbeat. I had an appointment at Here Comes the Bride on April 9, 2011. Although I didn't end up purchasing my wedding dress from HCTB, I had a great experience during my appointment. Here are my thoughts:

1. HCTB is beautiful and has a great selection of really gorgeous dresses

2. My sales consultant, Jeannie, was awesome. My appointment at HCTB was my 3rd time trying on dresses and I still wasn't sure what style I wanted. She was patient and upbeat throughout the appointment. I found 2 dresses that I really liked: a Pronovias mermaid in white and a Tara Keely ivory Aline.

3. Follow up was great. Jeannie called a few times after the appointment

4. The private rooms/suites were awesome! I had only brought my mom and sister with me and there was plenty of room to spare in the suite :)

fell in love. Let me start with saying that I love to watch TLC's "Say yes to the dress". I have been looking for a wedding dress for almost a year. I had really liked a dress at one of the bigger stores. My good friend had told me about her experience at Here Comes the Bride. She told me how nice everybody was, how personal they made her experience.

So I went. Upon walking in, I saw the dresses hanging along the wall, immediately I saw so many that I loved! I was very persistent about keeping my dress within my budget. I fell in love with a dress (actually 2) that was over what I wanted to spend, the manager Rebecca knew what I wanted to spend and helped me keep it within my budget and still get the dress I loved. Even though my budget was not a lot, I didn't feel like I was treated any differently then somebody who had a limitless budget.

You get your own room (it's a big room) with a couch for your girls to sit. It's so private and your consultant is not bouncing around helping other people, they are with you the whole time. My sister who is also engaged to be married next year loved what she observed and even told them that she will probably be coming here for her dress. When it comes to customer service and a unique selection it's all at Here Comes The Bride.

So glad I have good friends that won't steer me wrong.

good experience. i had a wonderful experience dress shopping here. I made an appointment to come in and the associate who helped me asked me all the usual questions about what i wanted and then proceeded to show me some options. i saw one i loved that she didnt point out and she informed me it was out of the budget i had told her. i tried it on anyways and i loved it! i made an appointment to come in again for the trunk show and to hopefully get it for a discount which i did.

they said my dress would take 8 months, but when i got my official eda, it said 11 months! o no! not gonna happen. i called and asked them to find a way to get it to me in 10 and sure enough it got to me in 10. the dress looked amazing and i couldnt be happier!

good experience, no pressure and customer service before and after purchase.

dress of my dreams. This review is based upon my own experience with HCTB. I have to give them 5 stars because they bent over backwards for me! I came here 1 week after getting engaged and already had a dress in mind. I did my research and found that this was the closest bridal salon to me that carried my precious Alvina Valenta dress. I spoke to Rebecca on the phone and she said to come on in. Sadly, when I came in, they no longer had my dress so the consultant, Nancy, put me in one that was similar. Realizing that perhaps my dream dress was no longer available, I purchased the other one. But low and behold, Rebecca came to my rescue. She called me the next day to question me about why I chose a different dress and when I informed her of my dilemma, she got right on it, special ordered my dream dress and cancelled my other one. Right then and there, I just knew that this was the salon for me. It was a uneventful 15 months of planning. My alterations with Martha went off without any major hiccups. She made it fit like a glove and even sewed in some cups to help my "lovely little lumps" stand out. A few days before I was to leave for my destination wedding in Hawaii, I called and asked them how I should pack my dress. They vacuum-sealed that sucker up and I took it on the plane as my carry-on luggage. Once in Hawaii, another salon pressed it to perfection for me. My dress was amazing. I am so happy that Rebecca went above and beyond just to get me the dress of my dreams.

great to work with. I literally looked everywhere for my wedding dress. I finally found Here Comes the Bride, which was a breath of fresh air. The assistants were so great to work with, and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. They have a wonderful selection of dresses, and are all fairly reasonably priced.

wonderful, professional staff. Went here as my first real dress shopping experience. My BMs and family are all out of town so when my Mom came into town for Thanksgiving I took advantage of the opportunity to do some dress shopping with her.

I was not planning on buying anything, only looking to get an idea of what style I wanted to save up for and eventually buy. But I did end up buying a dress. Upon walking in, I was first impressed with how nice the interior is. Especially the dressing rooms While it was just me and my Mom, there is room for the girls that travel with entourages, too. We had an incredibly friendly and helpful salesgirl (I wish I remembered her name). Although my budget is low to non-existent, she didn't bat an eye when I wanted to try on a couple more pricey frocks and she also directed us to a sale rack, with no pressure whatsoever to buy at any point.

I ended up falling in love with a gown on the sale rack. A sample gown, that was set to go on sale on Black Friday (two days later) for the obscene price of $250 (for a $2300 gown). Our sales girl (or her manager, either way) allowed me to buy at the sale price that day rather than have to come back in on black friday and fight the crowds. The whole thing was smooth, painless, and actually really fun- thanks to the wonderful, professional staff at Here Comes the Bride :)
