Their amenities are great, although the management need a little work. When my wife and I first move-in, my unit was impressive. But few days later, we notice that a little noisy because people drive inside the complex like they are driving the freeway. Also, residences play their music so loud. The bad thing about, the management haven’t done anything to stop this. Maintenance workers and staff drive their golf karts like they are driving their own car. One time I saw a staff almost tip over the golf kart because he was driving the so fast going down hill. Security rovers are useless, they are rude. In the winter, my place was so cold I had to use the heater everyday. I called the maintenance guys to take a look at my windows because I have notice that the window seals are old and it is letting cold air inside the unit. The maintenance guy said that they can’t fit it because they have to take the whole window out, and also he mentioned that the complex was made cheap and fast. That is why they are having a lot of maintenance problem. Overall I am not satisfied. For the money I pay every month, I expect better.
Pros: amenities, location
Cons: parking, staff, poor building structure
