Utopia manages my rental home in San Diego and I couldn't be more excited. For the past three years they've consistently found me great tenants and their range of service has taken a load right off my shoulders. No issues so far. I am very happy with them.

I didn't know how to go about renting a house I own, so I hired Utopia to help me. I'm so grateful to have had a chance to work with such a caring and thoughtful person who could put up with me! I had many worries and issues and I was so happy after it was rented and with the tenant they chose. I called her up to make sure understood how much she helped me because I had a different situation than she usually deals with. Utopia has the best employees!

Utopia Management has been very professional and pleasant deal with. I had some maintenance issues with my house recently and Utopia has always been able to fix the problem right away. Very satisfied with Utopia Management.

When I had to move to LA for a teaching job I was so upset, I love my downtown condo. I tried to sell the property but with the way prices have dropped I couldn’t get the money I needed. Dealing with Utopia was easy from the beginning and continues to be so. The first person I met at my house was fantastic and gave me great inexpensive ideas to get my place ready to rent. Within days of our meeting my property was advertised. I especially like the video of my property on their website. We were able to rent my place quickly and it has been a huge stress relief having them take care of my place.

I've hired Utopia to manage my San Diego property and they are a great improvement on the last one I hired. I know I can trust them to take care of problems when they are reported and take care of things while I'm away. My property is in good hands.

I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about using Utopia's services after reading all the crazy reviews on Yelp. But , and sometimes to my own detriment, I am a "need to judge for myself" kind of person. So I signed up with them and handed over my condo. The whole process was pretty painless. They cleaned up my condo and got it ready for the new tenants. That ended up being a relief since I was trying to move my own family. ( The only thing I wasn't expecting was that there are a lot of things that tenants expect from landlords. I didn't think my home needed to be painted, but the management company encouraged me to do so. They were right....) Anyway, they put a great family in my home in just about 4 weeks and it has been smooth sailing since then. The maintenance coordinator is very helpful and my manager, though not always in her office, is very knowledgeable and responsive to my calls and e-mails. So, yep, I am a fan! I would personally recommend them to my friends.

I do not ever write to these things but I have had the best experience with this company over all of the rental companies I have ever gone threw, An I just wanted other people to know that this is a great company to rent from or to have your home Managed by. I have had nothing but great experiences with Utopia Management they have always called me back in a timely manner, Plus any problems I have had with maintenance issues they have taken care of for me within a reasonable time.

Johana has managed this property & my lease since 10/10. She was accomodating, fair & customer oriented. I am happy w/ utopia mgmt & my rental property, this is all due to Johana. Thank you! The person that took care of my emergency on property (broken water heater) while I was out of the country on vacation. Theis person called me & made sure the emergency was being taken cared off. The property is secure & easing my concerns while I was out of town.

The staff at Utopia impressed me with their professionalism right from the start. They met me at my rental house and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. They always been available afterwards and got the house rented in just two weeks. I'm not one who ever expected to own a rental property so I appreciate their expertise.
