very pleased. We switched to them over a year ago, after dealing with several other companies over the past years that did not provide service. They have been terrific and brought friendly organization and professionalism to our HOA.....we are very pleased.

THE WORST Management Company. I would rate this company a zero if zero was an option. The staff is very unfriendly and uncaring. They want to tell you what they cannot do then what they can do help. When you try to go to them with a problem they don't care. They report owner occupancy incorrectly which caused not to get a loan. Another person almost go into foreclosure. They are most unhelp, unfriendly, and rude people. You cannot even speak to the owner. The gate keeper upfront is very rude and unhelpful. I don't know how this company is still in business. They have some of the highest HOA fees plus the buildings they manage are not well kepted.Maintance is lacking on most of the buildings they manage.

rude, none caring, vindictive, not accountable for there act. Terri Markham is the agent from Pernicanos for Corsica condos in El Cajon, Ca. I reported a drain problem outside my unit. Terri's reply was we fixed all drains last month and hung up on me. Everyday I had to sweep out the corners of the drive way thinking it was just the overspray from the sprinklers. I took pictures of the drain and sent them to Terri, nothing. When it rained I had to get a pump and hose and pump the water to the street so I didn't have to step into 6” of water to get into my truck. Three and half years later I pulled up when the gardeners were test the sprinklers and water is gushing up from the drain. There is a break in the sprinkler line so all the water pressure seeks the route of less resistance the hole and the drain. So for three and half years we are dumping water into my drive way instead of the grass. The drain never was a drain but a hole in the ground with a cover. If I didn’t sweep the water everyday there would be standing water 7-24, 365 days of the year. Our fees just keep climbing. Wonder how many swimming pools of water was dumped on my drive way. First meeting I went to they were talking about replacing a section of walk way. They ok $1800 for the job, working construction for 16 years and the size I figured it should be about $700. So I raised my hand and ask how many bids did they take. They tell me on small jobs like that we give all the work to this one guy who has been working for us for years. They don't care. If I can give the 0 stars I would, I've lived in a condo complex and ever since we moved in over 4 years ago the BBQ in front of our unit has never worked and never been fixed. The gym has been under construction for over 3 years. We have mold issues! They just care about getting paid.

Worst property manager. Do not buy a house at Villa Canada Estates in El Cajon. The property manager will do nothing about your complaints.We have By-laws everyone is required to comply with.Over grown weeds in front yard,not parking on the street,no xmas lights on your house after xmas-3years now.Boken fences to be repaired.Yards to be kept up to a minimum. No trailers or rvs in driveways.None of this will be enforced if you have Aimee Nimitz from Pernicano Realty as your property manager.It's sad to see your community fall apart just by having a property manager that does nothing but collect a check.Any Questions-619-443-1681.

A joy to do business with. I have several properties and Pernicano manages the community where I currently live. In my communication with Pernicano, I have always had a pleasant experience. Joanne has even called me on a Saturday or Sunday. Prompt and professional.
