Tips for Frog's Fitness At Mission Valley

Good place to work out. I have tried several different types of gyms including 24 hour fitness, golds gym, LA fitness, and frogs. I really like this frog's fitness, it's in a great location and is easily accessible. My main problem with frogs is the price they charge for a membership I feel they would do much better if they tried to actively compete with 24 hour fitness.
