Love TJ. I've been to a many Trader Joes--I affectionately call them TJs. But this IS the BEST ONE for selection. Many Choices ....

You have to go there to know it. There's a wall of cheese. A WALL of CHEESE! and a wall of veggies to go with that cheese. and another wall of meats. and rows of wine/beer (although I'm not a fan of their collection--or any TJs collection of wine), and oh their frozen section.

You have your Thai, Japanese, Latin American, Indian, etc ...

OH PARKING! Is equally as insane. I think they do valet, or at least there's always a person there. Oh, and there's additional parking lot for TJs up the street.

Founder Joseph Coulombe started this L.A.-based convenience chain 34 years ago. Today, you can get exotic, prepackaged frozen foods, fresh salsas, huge portobello mushrooms, baby artichokes and heirloom tomatoes fresher--and cheaper--than at most supermarkets. Inexpensive meat, fish, coffees and teas, dozens of cheeses, grains and pastas cram the shelves. The frozen section features tasty treats, including barbecue chicken pizzas, mushroom risotto and salmon patties. Beer, wine and liquor sections are stocked with very affordable labels.
