Best Stylist in San Diego!!. I've been going to Norma for almost 2 years and I love her!! She gave me my extensions for the first time in April 2008, and I still have them! They are the BEST quality and so easy to take care IF you know what you are doing. She's always showing me new products and styles to try. Norma has a GREAT personality and really cares about her customers. I'm not sure what some of these other clients are talking about with the negative reviews..she's AWESOME!

If you are wanting A+ service DO NOT GO HERE!!!. IF you are wanting a great hair style I wouln't go see Norma!!! She has NO personality and doesnt know what she is doing. You would think she just got out of beauty school. She also overcharges for extensions and they arent even good quality!! Try another place before seeing Norma!!

Best Extensions In San Diego!!!!. I found Norma through citysearch. I had been thinking about getting hair extensions but was skeptical in many different ways. I booked an appointment for a consultation and she explained eveything extensions could do for you all the pros and cons. I immediately felt connected to her. Not only does she have a great personality but she really listen to me and gave me the best options for my hair. I decided to go ahead and get the service. I was nervous but super exited. The end result was amazing!!! I could tell that, the hair was very high quality and it looked so Natural Looking there was no signs that I was wearing extensions. I was very impressed and satisfied. Model Call the salon was just gorgeous and everyone was super friendly. Thanks I LOVE MY HAIR!!!!!

Love my hair color!. Norma Smith is now associated with Model Call Salon on Park Avenue which is a wonderful spa/salon. I have been going to her for almost 2 years, even following when she changed salons, and have always been extremely satisfied with my haircut and color (which looks very natural). Norma is a warm, friendly person who really listens to, and cares about, her customers!!

Would Never go back!. Norma did NOT listen to what I wanted at all. The highlights have big splotches in the back and are brassy...and it will be some time before I will let someone cut my hair again...tramatic.

Terrible Experience. My trusted stylist moved, so I had to find someone new. I went in to see Norma. She did a terrible job. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out, what a pain! She wasn't very friendly and couldn't do the simplest of cuts! I will never return for her services! I guess my search for a new stylist continues.

Best Haircut in San Diego. I love my hair after Norma cuts it! I'm from Seattle, and when I come to San Diego every couple of months, I always have Norma cut my hair. There are times when I go a little longer between cuts, because I know I'm going to see Norma - and my hair still looks good during those times. I'm not talented with my hair . . . but after Norma cuts my hair, I get tons of compliments and my hair always grows out nicely. Norma is friendly, easy to talk to, understands my hair and what I want in a cut.

OMG - The best I've had in SD. Being in the Navy it's always hard to keep my hair in regulations when I really want to be edgy. Norma always listen to my complaints about it - but yet gives me the look that looks hot but is still within regulations - :) Also I love the massage she gives my scalp when washing it. People always ask where I get my hair done and I'm so excited to tell them about Norma and the quality of work she does.

Best HairDresser!. I walked in with a really bad dye job and my hair was in poor condition. Norma made my hair do a 180 within the first visit! Which was amazing! Everytime I go in, I have some wild idea to do to my hair and she takes my idea and makes it perfect! She is such a great listener too!

Best hair in San Diego. I have been getting my hair done by Norma for 2 years now. Every time I go, she gives me exactly what I want and I love it every time! I have recently gotten extensions by Norma and I can't explain how much I love my hair long. I have gotten so many compliments on them!!! She is great at everything she does. If you just need a hair cut , a partial or full highlight or want to change your hair completely, Norma is the one to go to. She makes sure to listen to what you want and makes sure you are happy in the end as well.
