My Car Is Hot!. I wanted to say thanks for the awesome job that you did on my 2009 Lexus Is250. My car looks so hot! I am a so glad that you took the time to explain the different tints and shades. Many places that I have been to, seeing that I was a girl, just tried to rush me into making a decision. The dealer did the same thing! Anyway, I will refer all of my friends.

Hey Todd!
Just wanted to say man... my tint looks great. I think you'll remember.. I have an 2005 Accord coupe... I've been in love with my car since I first bought it, but MAN is my ride just BEAUTIFUL with the tint job that you've done on it. Thank you so much, and also I wanted to especially thank you for the extra customer care -- you have no idea how much I appreciate that! It's funny because I still have that feeling of fondness every time I look at my car when I'm getting out or walking toward my car to get in; it's really hard to imagine my car without the tint now... it was the perfect touch! Thanks again.

Excellent Job.
Todd did an amazing job. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work. I was ready to use another company when I was mentioned it to a co-worked he immediately recommended Todd. I'm sure glad he did.
He did my installation in the garage of my home. Overall, an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

He Does a Great Job!!.
Todd was able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was polite, friendly and professional. He showed me different samples and talked of the options available. I received two reasonable quotes from other companies, one only 46 cents higher. Since the decision was going to come down to aesthetics, I asked Todd if he could come out again to show me his product against the other manufacturers. I talked to him on Friday afternoon and he was able to come out the following Monday.
I liked the Johnson product and he helped me figure out what would be best for the different windows. We scheduled for two weeks in the future when I would have some time off. Todd arrived on time, set up quickly and got all those windows done in approximately four hours. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up everything. He also put my window blinds back up for me.
I'm very happy with the work he did for us. In fact, I'm sure I'll have him back before summer is over to do my east facing windows.

I always want a client to feel "educated" about the product they are going to purchase, not just "sold". That way they are happy about it and will they will refer others.

Good Job and Mobile Too!. I just had Genesis Glass Tinting do the window tinting on my 2008 Infiniti G37. I have had several cars tinted in the past, but I always had to sit in a shop or arrange for a ride home or to work. It sure was nice to be able to sit at home while they tinted my car in the garage. At first, I was a little concerned about being in my garage when I was talking to Todd over the phone, but now that I see my car done, it looks better than my past few jobs that were done in a shop! Thanks, you have a new customer for life.

Well, like I told you, your garage was immaculate!! Custom painted floors and all. But I like to put people at ease because a window tint job will be on your car for years, so I do my best to "do it right the first time".
