A failed venture.
I've been here several times. The 1st time was close to opening. $10 cover, pretty packed, diverse crowd. For an upscale lounge I was surprised at the lack of a drink menu and specialty drinks. I ordered greygoose martini. It was weak and $14. The music was pretty bad and the decor tacky. It didn't feel upscale like it was being marketed. The patio was decent. We left after 20 minutes.
The subsequent times I got in free but the experience was no different except the crowd kept getting smaller and smaller. This place will probably go under soon.
