Inside this baby blue building, steps from the sand, find a no-frills Pacific Beach dive bar. Okay, maybe one frill: a popcorn machine. Popular among surfers and other locals, the bar is typically filled with small groups playing foosball or clustering on the outside wood patio under umbrellas. Pitchers of beer tend to be the choice beverage pick but, later on, jager shots can dominate. The bar has more than a dozen bees on tap.
