Great selection and friendly staff. I wish I have known about any of these complaints in the past ( 2006 and 2008) to address them properly. It is very unfortunate that some customers don't get to experience the friendly staff and the great selection in products of this store. The customer line is still directed to the corporate office to allow staff to focus on local traffic, and yes, we respond to everyone who contact our office. Although we understand we might not please everybody, it is our goal to hear and help our customers with their needs. Here is the contact number and email for future reference:

Dishonest...Don't buy anything here!. On the last day of our family vacation we purchased some items from these people. Our shopping experience was not horrible. But, when I discovered that an item I had purchased fit incorrectly and tried to return the item, we found that the phone number and the name of the business was incorrect on our receipt. After some google searching we found the right number and after many repeated attempts were unable to talk with anyone. So, when we got home I sent the item back certified mail with a detailed letter. It was signed for on November 6th. It is November 28th and I have not received a phone call, email or return goods. Don't buy anything from these people.

This is the worst place to rent a bike. They have 'No Refund Policy' only because they've got junk. Talking with thier staff is like talking

to a bunch of inmates.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. There are plenty of other shops around with new bikes and great staff.
