Great Atmosphere, hang out and burgers. This is a great local?s joint and after game hang out. The burgers and fries are phenomenal and the Cuban sandwich is amazing.

I would highly recommend hanging out here with friends.

Cool Comfortable Bar near Petco. Have been to The Corner a few times now and enjoy the scene here. It's a comfortable, relaxed bar and they have good burgers and such. It can get crowded just as anywhere does close to the ballpark on game days but you can still get a drink easy enough unlike some of the neighboring bars. Definatly worth checking out next time you are in teh area

Even if the name does lack some originality (the bar is on "The Corner" of 10th and J Street), their menu offers a few fun surprises. Ever tried a fried pickle? Or how about those trendy sweet potato fries? Both are on the menu here, along with a few more gourmet burgers and a build-your-own option. The decent beer selection is served both downstairs in the somewhat odd 5-seater bar, and then upstairs in the main dining room and bar area, where TVs are always tuned in to local sports or music videos in the evening. All in all, a small, local bar with cheap drinks and upscale pub grub.
