G Whiz Party & Papery. On October 15, 2010 G Whiz Party & Papery will celebrate its 16th with their anniversary sale. After 14 years of being in Pacific Beach, G Whiz made its way to this La Jolla location and the business continues to be the go-to source for party decorations, balloons, greeting cards and holiday.

La Jolla native and owner, Nicole Gerle attended Bird Rock Elementary and La Jolla High School making her already a familiar face around the community. Her fun personality matches the welcoming atmosphere of her store, creating a pleasant experience for her customers.

Aside from the various party supplies she offers, she also does gift wrapping and custom imprints on napkins for weddings, birthdays or whatever the occasion may call for. Typically, this can be done within a 24-hour period.

Nicole gives back to her community by donating to local public schools and sponsors UCSD Moores Cancer Center. Her business also sets up stations at the local annual Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in November.

The store is filled with everything necessary for your next party or themed event. By being closed only four holidays out of the year, G Whiz Party & Papery works hard to maintain the best for its customers and should look forward to celebrating many more anniversaries in the future.
