Worst company ever!!! Should be put out of business!!! Not only did there insurance coverage not cover me when I was in the hospital and I had to pay the first $15,000 of my ER bill after the agent said it was covered but also I spoke with the owner David Repp and he was so rude to me and said it was MY Fault!!! I talked with a few other agents who worked there and they had been stiffing them on there commission checks so the agent told me they just do any sale they can because of there high pressure enviroment so they dont get fired so they never act in best interest of the client to stay ahead of the grain so they dont get fired!! Not good. I lost my house, my wife my life because of these Scam Artist. David Repp and Shaun Gardner. I hope they get whats coming to them....Karma
Thanks for the Help!. I was very happy I worked with them. I did not know there were so many choices when it comes to health insurance. I spoke to an agent who worked up a plan for me and I ended up saving alot of money. I would use them again
Don't use them! Beware!. I also filled out a form to get a health quote. I ended up speaking with someone from this agency. The lady had NO knowledge of insurance. I felt like I was on the phone for so long while she figured out what she was doing. You could tell she had no experience whatsoever. It was an awful experience and I do not recommend anyone use this firm. I ended up using another firm with experienced agents.
Seems like a very nice agency. I called this health carrier rep. agency when I was online looking for health quotes. I spoke with a very sweet operator who got me to an excellent agent. They got me exactly what I was looking for. I did like their very personable service and good customer service skills.
Knowledgeable Insurance Agents. I had gone on line and filled out a form requesting a quote for health insurance. I was bombarded by phone calls most of which were rude. I ended up speaking with an insurance agent from Repp Gartner Insurance. The agent was very knowledgeable, courteous and spent a great deal of time with me on the phone. They helped me find a plan that was in my budget and assisted me with the application. Their staff was great. I highly recommend them to anyone that might be looking for a health insurance plan for their family.
Incredible Service.

They are Liars, Crooks and Thieves. DO NOT TRUST Repp Gartner Financial; United Health Benefits or any other affiliated companies. They do not deliver on anything they say they will do -- except take your money. DO NOT give them your check routing number if they enroll you in a benefit plan -- it only gives them better access to your bank account. They will keep taking your money -- long after you cancel your "policy." DO NOT BELIEVE the pretty pictures of happy customers on the UBH web-site, there are no satisfied customers of this company. We were briefly customers of this sham company, enrolling for their pre-paid health benefit plans in early August. By the end of the month, NOTHING had yet arrived in the mail detailing our supposed enrollment despite the promise of their prompt delivery. Finally, by the second week of September -- and after talking with several of plan providers who still had no record of our enrollment -- we had enough and attempted to cancel our participation in UHB, telling a company representative of our intentions, and asking for an immediate refund because we were unable to access the plan. They refused, stating company policy and saying any complaints or resolution needed to be forwarded to "The Company President," who (after checking with the California Secretary of State) turns out to be Dave Repp, also of Repp Gartner Financial Inc.Even then, it wasn't over. To ensure that they would not try to steal even more money, we closed the checking account used to make the original payment and filed a claim to be re-imbursed through our bank. Stymied at that juncture, UHB/Repp Gartner has passed their bogus claim to a check-reporting and collections agency and later tried to access the dormant account for October premiums -- claiming enrollment cancelations must be received by the 10th of the previous month. The bottom line: UHB and Repp Gartner is completely bogus. We got burned, don't make the same mistake.
