Wonderful Wooden Floors!. Excellent service here - Tommy knows his stuff for sure.....and he will understand that you have a budget too. The range is great and the prices are fair for what you get - our place has no doubt gone up a great deal in value since the wooden floors were fitted. It now has that 'wow' factor!

Finally, if you decide to use Simple Floors, I would highly recommend you ask for Errol for the installation - unless you are better equiped than myself that is?!

Worst experience ever!. It was a nightmare experience for me! If it wasn't because of the nice sales lady there, I would give it a "0" star rating. Apparently, the samples they have in the show room, or the specs they published on the website don't mean much. The product delivered to me had ware layer 1mm thinner than the specification. Yet, their customer service still told me that's a good quality product.

The customer service was terrible! They tell you that they want the customers to be 100% satisfied. But when I have problems with their product and service, I was told they were all my imagination and none of their fault.

Be careful if you have them to deliver the order, or do the installation. I waited the whole morning a couple of times and nobody showed up for the appointment. If there is anything you are not satisfied with the installation, you'd better not let the installer leave until he fix it. Otherwise, you would probably end up like me, first got a no-show at the appointment, and then was told they won't be able to fix the problems for me because they were afraid their contractors would not be able to make it to the appointments. The floor they installed for me had surface undulation (gap between floor and the baseboard) as big as 5mm over 5 feet! And the transition cloak started de-lamination just a few days after the installation. And apparently that's industry standard.…
