Just don't use them. They won't have your car and they will stick you with whatever they can and then charge you way more than what you booked for when making your travel arrangements. Even with confirmation in hand they will fight you about the expense. This is my second and last shot for this company- I should have known better after the first time in spite of their assurances that the first experience was due to a staffing issue.
