Great customer service. i had a few issues with cal-prop to begin with, nothing out of the norm, maintenance issues and what have you. After cordially explaining my situation, the president of the company contacted me, within an hour! Needless to say my problems were resolved the very next day. Great customer service on their part...bravo! Its refreshing when a company puts forth that type of effort.

really good experience. 've actually had a really good experience with CalProp. I've lived in the same studio for 5 years now, and every time I've had a problem maintenance or management has taken care of whatever it was quickly and adeptly. They raised my rent up only once the whole time I've been there, surprising for PB. My on-site managers have always been excellent. This is a good place to rent from!
