Save your money. I got my hair done last week not the best but not the worst.. kinda pricey..i dont think id go back because it was an okay experiance and i want to be wowed when i get my hair done..dont you?

Would not recomend to So Cal Trojans.. I don't really know whats with the people at this location but they are kind of abrasive. They not only seemed rushed in their appoinments.. ah... and behind schedual.. but also catty to one another and their customers.

Would not recomend to fellow So Cal Trojans.

Smell it, smell it... Now take it!!. Just on the topic of hair color and cuts. The staff at this salon do not do hair color very well. I went for a hair cut and to cover some grey hair. They had me looking like that scrappy doo Zohan from the movie. I was very unapreciative. In addition, the missed a few hairs in the front hair line, and left a few color stains on my neck, ears, and brow. I think my 8 year old could have done better with finger paint.

Just thought the public should know in advance.

How rude and sad.. Not very good expereince. The staff were hurried, inattentive and at time abrasive. The manangers did not seem to have much control over the flow of traffic, the appointments. The manager Chrisitne was also very rude to one of the stylists who was struggling. If you have to deal with an issue with a stylist, its unprofessional Christine to have an open forum in the middle of a bussy salon. I understand it was a Friday, but not in front of the clients please.

No very good service sadly.. I had heard from a girl friend that this place was a bit of a hassle. I tried to book an appointment for four girls who were to be in an up comming rock music vid. I called the salon and tried to book the appointment. I explained the situation and the services needed. Lets just say the receptionist was not at all professional. Even though we tried to book the services a month in advance, they indicated the could not accomidete us. I called her back a few days later to see if we could book a stylist after hours or to come to the shoot. She went on to ask me what company I work for so she could check on the vidio. I told her. She said she would get back to me but I never heard anything. I called them a third time and asked to speak with the owner. She told me that Robert Cromeans doens't speak with the patrons. I told her it was business and it was a follow up call. She said nothing was mentioned to her. I just told her we would find another salon and hung up the phone.

Not what I was expecting at all.
