Incompetency and irresponsability.
Hi
WARNING HERE The administration of IPSB is sending incompetent students to work on clients . My best friend got a serious injury here and the Director ,and manager didn't care.They never took responsability about It , and, her only was looking for medicall bills. .They did everything to avoid responsabilities . Be carefully with the big smiling here everything is hipocresy !!! INCOMPETENCY.,NEGLIGENCY ,AND IRRESPONSABILITY IS A MUST HERE !!! . THEY ARE ALREADY REPORTED WITH, COMTA ABMP,AMTA,BPPE,BBB WATCH OUT THE SLOGAN :"ONE BODY AT THE TIME" YOU WILL BE NEXT.

Receiptionists are Morons. Receptionists are absolutely terrible. The masseuse was great (Peter) but this place has serious problems with their receptionists. Called to cancel an appt (that I had a gift card for) and they told me there was a $20 fee. So I rescheduled. After the massage, they told me since I never showed up to the first massage, my gift card was void. Basically, they told me flat out I must have been lying about the $20 fee because their receptionists were 'trained' about the policy and would never say that. Oh yeah, and I had said when I booked the appt that I wanted a female masseuse. Guess what gender Peter is? Idiots.
