Horrible cab company. I had the misfortune of getting into one of their cabs at the airport by myself (single female, early 30s). I gave the cabby specific directions to my hotel, which was only five miles from the airport. Instead of going north, he went south and he told me his route was shorter. It ended ended up being 45% longer and totally out of the way. I complained to the dispatch center, they seemed not to care. I gather from their stellar two star review on yelp that the business owners aren't too concerned with customer service.

Great service at a reasonable price. Very reliable.. I am new to San Diego, having moved here from NYC a while back. I needed transportation to the San Diego Airport on 4/13/12 and after checking out a few companies, decided to go with Orange Cab. Everytime I sent an e-mail it was promptly answered by Sean.

The driver arrived not only on time but a few minutes early. He was most courteous and the best part was that the metered fare came to far less than the estimated I was given.

I will continue to reccommend them to friends and family and even posted their card on the bullletin board in the lobby of my building.
