I really enjoyed buying my jeep from these guys. It was quick and easy! I told them what I wanted for color and model and I had a budget strictly for that model and trim and they were able to get me what i wanted and I go to meet the managers that helped me out... thanks Pavel!! I recommend them highly.

Great guys there cars are really clean i purchase a toyota camry and still driving it over 3 yrs and no problems since..

I got my Jeep here almost 4 years ago and I take it there for all of it's needs. My dad paid for lifetime oil changes but I tend to get things done there just for the conviences factor.

I know most dealerships mark prices up but I trust these people and they run a good shop here. I just got my brakes fixed and was quoted another price by another shop so I know the mark up isn't huge here. Super nice staff too. I know absolutely nothing about cars so they always break it down and make is easy for people like me.

Warren and Stan were extremely helpful in my purchase of a used vehicle. They gave an exceptional experience. The vehicle is outstanding, the price is great, and the trade is was more than fair. I highly recommend this Dealer and especially Warren and Stan in the Sales Department. Keep up the Great Work!

I bought my jeep there and after shopping at other dealerships I found Stan to be a non-pushy, extremely helpful,

patient and down to earth saleperson! He responds to all of my questions and needs immediately and everything has gone really smooth.

In a world where customer service is nonexistent it is refreshing to have someone who cares and takes care of you with a friendly attitude!

I would recommend them to friends.

I haven't had much experience with service yet, but on the occasion that my ipod wasn't working with the radio, they helped me

(even though it wasn't the car's fault but problems with my own ipod).

Also they did provide a loner car for me and one that I could fit my bike into!!!

I have been taking our family Jeep to Midway jeep for years and have always gotten great service. I was excited when Midway was selling the new 2011 Dodge RAM, so I just bought a new Ram from them and I got the same excellent treatment in the Sales dept. I am looking forward to many happy years ahead

Wow. I am kind of surprised because I had a great experience at Midway Jeep. My salesman Stan was great and I got a really good deal there. I guess the new management is working on change. I give them five out of five. Stanwas even honest about something that he could have easily concealed that he knew was a small fault about the car I bought. Instead of hiding it he showed me that a small spring had popped off of the fuel door and even offered to fix it. I told him not to worry because a spot of JB weld would do the job, he was courteous, friendly, saved me time and money. In the end that is all I want from a car dealer.

My experience at Midway Jeep in Mission Valley was great. My salesman was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and customer service was definitely a priority for this establishment. I did not feel I was being had w/my purchase as you normally would when purchasing a car at the dealership. I did purchase a car, and will go through Midway Jeep again for my next purchase. My salesman was wonderful.

I recieved great service at the Midway jeep dealership. The sale person Pavel was very helpful who helped me purchase my first new car. I fell in love with a Jeep because of great comfort as a driver. As I test drive the car, I felt that it was the right car for me. They helped me understand every step in purchasing my new car. Pavel customer service was excellent in finding the right color and model Jeep Grand Cherokee for me.

I recommend if you are looking for pre-own or new car come to the Jeep dealership at Mission Valley in San Diego for great service and leave happy with a good car!
