The Best Mexican Restaurant.
My wife and I went into Tio Carlos for a late lunch on Friday 7-10.
We were met by the most friendliest waitresses i have ever encountered.
I ordered the speciality of the house Tio Carlos Shrimp.
Our waitress said "get ready to be in mexican heaven" and she wasnt kidding. This dinner was the best i have ever eaten. I have visited many mexiacan restaurants and Tio Carlos off Rosecrans is simply the best.

Salute to Carlos. I have been going there for 15 years and they have the best Carnitas around. The margaritas aren't to bad either.
