“Fast, friendly service.”
Luv Mission Hills Bike Shop....
I really like everything about MHBS. They are up front, honest and usually pretty quick. I must say, I have not ever had better service in this industry. I would highly recommend MHBS to anyone.
Keep you the good work guys!
Customer service, above and beyond! Thanks!.
Last week, while riding with my son, we stopped in to the shop to have my son's bike chain greased. Tommy went way above and beyond in excellent service. As a mom, I found this to be an awesome example of exceptional customer service and helpfulness. which resulted in a great teaching moment for my son. Thanks Tommy! Also, Aaron, was a wealth of information and helpfulness on bike safety and bike laws and provided excellent customer service. Thanks Aaron!
Both of you have won me over with your excellent service.
Fast, friendly service.. I needed to replace a rear spoke (requiring the rear cluster removed), so I took the wheel in, and for a couple bucks, they stopped what they were doing and broke the cluster loose for me. When I got home, I couldn't find the nipple for the spoke I just bought from them. I went back with the wheel, they apologized, and finished the installation of the spoke for me, and even trued the wheel enough to allow me to make it to Critical Mass that night. Did I mention that all their service stands were full, and this was right before closing? Not to mention this was all for my 35 year old Motobecane! They definitely earned my loyalty last Friday.
RUDE service, stay away from this bike shop!. I don't know what's up with this bike shop, but I took my bike there and received very rude service. My bike has a lot of issues, yes, and it needed a lot of work, but the owner gave me major attitude. I just wanted him to fix the brakes and he basically said the bike was not safe and would only work on it if he could do $90 worth of work and if I left it there for a week. Mind you this was right before Critical Mass, and after having heard about this event through friends was going to join for a ride. I didn't mention this to him though, but as I was leaving he says to me "I'm going to be there tonight, and if I see you there, I'll know you are on an unsafe bike!". It was almost a threat. How odd, I'm very turned off to Critical Mass now if people like this are there. Too bad, they could have had one more person to join their ranks. Or maybe he thinks I'm not cool enough? I don't know what your problem is bike dude, but you'll never get business from me or anyone I know.
