Thanks - BTW: Spell check and Grammar check before posting, it does help especially if you run a business. Have a great day!

Cons and Fraud!. Well I went to this Big O Tires to get my brakes checked cause they felt a little funny. I get a call telling me my master cylinder and rear brakes needed to be replaced. I said ok as my master cylinder is covered under my warranty company. Upon picking my car up, I noticed a bunch more problems with my cars driving, Mainly vibrations in the steering wheel and my front brakes were really heating up big time. I go back and forth with this Big O Tires and finally go to a Chevy dealership to get it checked out. It seems that Big O Tires put power steering fluid instead of brake fluid into my master cylinder and damaged my entire braking system. I had to get everything replaced and got a bill of over 3500$. I have filled a claim and won my judgement, I go to collect and now the doors are closed and everything is VACANT! I call Big O Corporates and they say they are not responsible as all Big O Tires are privately owned. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY BIG O TIRES FOR REPAIRS, EVER! No one takes responsibility serious there, they all point fingers elsewhere. I have never dealt with such Cons in my life, the entire time I complained about my cars symptoms, the people at this Big O said it was normal and I probably need new tires. WHAT A JOKE, Big O is a giant Fraud! Make sure you go to a place that the actual corporation takes responsibility for there name. Any Idiot with money can own a Big O Tires and they dont have to know anything about cars to run it, they just know how to scam people, f*** up there cars and then just bounce out of town like in my case leaving me with over a 3500$ bill on my credit cards from faulty repair work done. DO NOT USE ANY BIG O TIRES, EVER!!!!!!! I cant stress that enough!

Great prices on tires and very friendly. I recently went to Big-O Tires on Convoy Street to give them another try. When I walked in everyone was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. I then found out that this store is under new ownership and I highly recommend going to this store after the very positive change. I was taken care of and they did a good job in explaining why they recommended tires. They gave me a good deal on 4 new tires and alignment. I walked out feeling safe and knowing that I got a good deal. I will be returning to this store for other service and I will also recommend them to my friends and family.

Worst Service in San Diego. I used Big O tires at the Garnet St location. They will lie to you about the wear of your tires and talk you into purchasing more tires than you need to buy. Be careful! I do not recommend using this location because they have terrible customer service and if you have a problem they will avoid speaking to you and never give you a call back. The staff is not able to efffectively communicate with their customers.

BAIT & SWITCH! BEWARE!. Some "Big O" employees from the 4183 Convoy St. store, came to our place of work, handing out "Free Oil Change" coupons. BIG Mistake! Though I have a regular mechanic, FREE is good! Right? WRONG! Upon dropping off my car, I get a call about 2 hours later from "J.S." at Big O, saying that I needed new wheel cylinders and, clutch fluid and an Oil Pressure sending unit. Wow! They can tell all that from changing my oil? Though I had just had some work done on the vehicle, I was stumped but told them to proceed, BUT to keep all the parts they say needed to be removed, so I might inspect them myself. So my "free" oil change cost me $429.00! Upon picking up my vehicle, I asked where the parts were that they replaced and was told to wait. I waited 40 FREAKIN minutes then was given what I was told was my Oil Pressure Sending Unit. 2 months later, I went to my regular mechanic and on a whim showed them the "oil pressure sending unit" that was presented to me from "Big O" and guess what. It was NOT even from my make and model of car! A VERY expensive lesson. My mechanic told me I was dupped big time. I called "Big O" several times to speak to the the owner, when asked why, I was put on hold and the owner was always busy or not in, so there was no resolve. My bad for being so gullible, so I cut my losses. If these guys can try to sell you something other than what you know you need, be careful. I was told this is the biggest SCAM in the world. Free oil....but bogus repairs that add to hundreds for unsuspecting consumers. They are VERY fast talkers with a decieving streak of sincerity. If they try to sell you anything other than what you know you need.....RUN. Granted I must take some responsibility for being naive, but....if it seems to good to be true....it is! Do not give "Big O" your money! RUN, RUN RUN AWAY!
