very professional. I was on vacation and needed to get back home and had a repair that was needed. Andy completed the repair the same day the vehicle was towed to the dealership. He was very professional. Keep kept me informed and completed the repair the same day. I probably will have my car serviced at San Diego instead of my hometown. Doug P
