terrible experience, would never go back. my wife purchased a used 2009 BMW for my son. it was the car he wanted, and they decided they would buy from a certified BMW dealer, to avoid any problems, within a week the front tires where bad, when i took the car back to see what they could do, i was told my son was racing the car and thats why the tires went bad, and that i was out of luck, a week later My son also took the car to service at BMW because all his tire warning lights came on, he was treated badly and again left with no help, the car sat in the drive way unable to be driven until we finally where able to afford to pay for a set of tires, i believe they where sold an unsafe car, with bad tires that they knew about, they are just like the car dealer's you heard growing up , take advantage of the customer, especially if they are a women or young adult, i would recommend never doing business with this dealership, BMW makes great cars, but find a dealer that is honest BB

Amazing Service. "Amazing service here from my guy who we were lucky enough to run into for our service appointment. He earned all the tens and is probably the most honest man in the entire industry. If you're not happy with your service guy, just demand someone else. I'm keeping him a secret."

Explained in great detail. TERRY ZITO WAS GREAT AND HELPFUL. HE IS ALWAYS SO UNDERSTANDING AND ALWAYS MAKES SURE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT MY CAR IN GREAT DETAIL. AS A SINGLE WOMAN I APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY AND KINDNESS.HE KEPT ME UPDATED DAILY AND EXPLAINED WHY CERTAIN THINGS WERE NOT COVERED UNDER MY EXTENDED MAINTENANCE PLAN. I WILL ALWAYS CONTINUE TO GO TO TERRY AND PLAN TO PURCHASE MY NEW VEHICLE FROM THEM BY THE END OF THIS YEAR.

HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I JUST LEASED MY FIRST BMW EVER...HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED BEFORE. I WAS REFERRED TO MARC D. BY A FRIEND OF MINE AND HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. HE MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE EASY. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME. FINANCE DID A GREAT JOB TOO! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BMW OF SD TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN BUYING A BMW.

He returned phone calls promptly and efficiently which is quite pleasantly surprising for a dealership that busy. We are very pleased with BMW and Brad Lawn.

knowledge of the product. I was particularly pleased with my Sales Advisor's knowledge of the product. He described all the functions of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. In terms of his salesmanship, he was very professional and let me make the decision to buy--there was no pressure on his part. He was also courteous enough to ensure that I didn't let any "sales" special expire which helped in my decision to purchase the vehicle when I did.
