Best Car Dealership. My husband and I recently bought a new Honda Accord from Pacific Honda and we couldn't be happier. We not only love our new car, but the service that we received was also spectacular. We have never received the kind of professionalism, friendliness, respect and honesty that we had at Pacific Honda from any other car dealership. We worked specifically with Banu and Robert, who I highly recommend. They made the process of buying a new car seamless, positive and understandable - they took the time to walk us through things and explain various terms/conditions. Banu and Robert were exceptionally courteous, kind and patient. I recommend Pacific Honda 100%.

My experience at Pacific Honda, certified cars lot, today was most pleasant, from my first phone call, verifying if the car (Honda Fit) I wanted to look at was still on the lot, to the final handshakes with the salesman (Brett Rickie) and the finance manager (Jaime Jimenez).
The person who took my phone call knew that the car was on the lot and suggested I speak to Lenny, the manager. He also took my name. Lenny recognized my name when I showed up. That was nice.
Lenny entrusted me to Brett who came with me for a test drive and described the car's features at length. There was a second Honda Fit on the lot, which I did not know of. Seeing that I was interested in that second car, Brett offered to take it for a test drive also, the same route we took for the first one. I thought he might want to go a shorter distance since this was my second test drive. After all, how many cars can one test, and how much time should a salesman give to one customer? I am aware that time matters. I myself hate to have someone get me to waste my time.
Once in the office, it was most pleasant to do business with Brett. Of course, I know that his goal is to get as much as possible, while mine is to spend as little as possible. I have been quite uncomfortable before under similar circumstances. Even coming out the winner can be unpleasant when the atmosphere is tense, more so when I am not really sure that I really did win anything. At least that's how I live such moments. I do know people who just revel in this tug of war type of situation. I certainly don't, and that's why it was so pleasant to drive off the lot with the car. Brett listened well to my view of the deal. I never felt like he was out to get me. Since I did not have an active insurance policy, having placed mine on hold two months earlier after giving up my car and deciding to wait a while before I bought another one, he offered me, for free, a three day insurance coverage so that I could drive home with the car today. Now I simply have to call my insurance on Monday. Great service! Great attention to the client!
He obtained a new set of car mats for me, filled the tank with gas, had the car cleaned outside and inside, walked me to the finance manager who provided the same quality of professional and personal service. Yes, I know, this is what we have come to expect from any public service, but sometimes I can feel that the person is just going through the moves, does not care really. That was not the case at Pacific Honda today.
Jaime in finance treated me equally well. His explanations for each form signed were very clear. He advised me on a good deal for the security system. There too, I never felt one second that I was being taken advantage of.
The mix of good professionalism and personal attention was perfect. It will be pleasant to go back if ever I need to.
It's the small things, the personal attention, that make Life a fun and big experience. That was my kind of experience today.

If you want to buy a car Ricky Lechuga is the guy to see. I don't usually like most car dealers because they only want to make money at your expense but not Ricky Lechuga. He did a wonderful job make sure he put me in the right car for the right price. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Pacific Honda if you want to buy a car.

My experience with pacific honda was great. Michelle was the sales person i spoke with. We talked about what i was looking for and she gave my a great brakedown on what the honda Fit offered. Its a great small car with big hauling potential... Meaning... The seats fold down flat...which it great for all of my camping gear.
I'm a big thinker when it comes to purchasing anything and Michelle took the time to help me understand where and how my money was being spent and i never felt pressured. She supported the fact i wanted to call and talk to my family members about the purchase. Lets just say i didn't go to the lot thinking i was going to buy a car "today"... But i did just that! Great supportive team and great customer service!

Easy Sales Experience. I bought a 2012 Odyssey from Ted Cosby. Ted is very friendly and easy-going. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and Ted didn't try to push me into anything, but he did offer helpful advice to guide our decision. Ted is a genuine, kind man who isn't pushy or overbearing. I got the price I was looking for and a great interest rate on the purchase. Great experience.
Great Car buying Experience.
Good Experience. This was my 3rd Honda Odyssey from this dealership, I have always had a good experience. My Salesperson, Tommy Haas was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked with me before, during and after the sale. He took lots of extra time explaining all the extras with the car.
I would ask for Tommy if I was too purchase another one soon.
Pacific Honda. Pacific Honda is an excellent dealership. We bought two cars from them, one new and one pre-owned. Pacific Honda had a MUCH better selection of pre-owned than other SD Honda dealerships that we went to, and Pacific also offered us DOUBLE what another dealership had offered us for our trade-in. The salesman for the pre-owned that we just bought, Ted Cosby, was very helpful, informative and worked with us during and after the sale. Pacific Honda also is great because their service department is open on weekends, which is not true of all Honda dealerships in San Diego County.
