PL Bar and Grill is AWESOME!!!. We held a charity event at the Point Loma Bar and Grill this weekend. 9/26. I can't even begin to tell you how cool this place was to our group. PLBG set up our Beer Pong, donated great gifts, provided outstanding service, ensured we had a clean environment, with very friendly staff and to top it off they had TONS OF PARKING!!! I can't think of anywhere better then this place to host an event...

Point Loma Bar and Grill is professional, thoughtful, and they go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Our charity raised lots of money for the Breast Cancer walk and people that were at the bar and not even a part of our crew participated and donated. The vibe was awesome and the guy who helped us all night (Joe) was fantastic. Joe made sure we were treated like family and we are soooo grateful. The event was in honor of my mom and to raise money. Thanks to Joe's help we had a great night. We will be back.... I will gladly tell everyone I know about this place. GREAT JOB Point Loma Bar and Grill!!!!! As for Joe... YOU ROCK!!!!

GOOD TIMES. I've been to this place twice now and i love it ! so tired of the down town and beach scene . place is big and has plenty of tvs .Tthe food is friggin great for bar food and service has been great too also prices are perfect . I havent been there on a friday or sat nite so i havent really seen a crowd there yet! but i think thats why i like it . only recommendation i have is hire some cute girls !!!! I mean it is a sports bar right?

Amazing food and service with a great staff. I have been coming to this bar for about 3 months now. I love it because I can bring my whole family or its a great place to drink with my buddies. I've noticed they lowered their everyday beer prices and they have amazing daily specials too. The happy hour has always been great. I read some of the other reviews and only a couple were bad and I'm not sure why. Maybe those people have their head up their asses. I live in Point Loma and love this place!!!! Why not? great food and service, a bunch of TVs and a very friendly staff.

Check it out!. I haven't been to a sports bar in the area that offers so many TVs! Doesn't matter where you sit, you can see the game. Even the bathroom has a TV. Surprised to see someone had bad service. Must have improved now because I have been there a few times and the food and service was great. I highly recommend checking it out if your in the area.

inconsistant service. I have now been there 3 times. Service was really good the first time I went. I sat at the bar and the bartender was a little crazy but my drink never went dry, and we laughed alot. The food came out quickly and was hot, I had a Burger and fries,bartender recommended. It was good. The next time we went the bar was full so we sat at a table. We couldn't get our drinks, soft drinks or beer, filled. The place wasn't busy just the bar. The food was cold when we got it, and the server dropped the check before we had finished. The last time we went in the bartender didn't even check on us until someone pointed us out to her. Then we struggled to get a drink, after we got the menus. We were sitting at the bar and couldn't get a drink. The food was good again. I enjoyed it the most on the first trip, bottled beer seems expensive, but specials are decent. What good is a special though if you can't get a drink. I'll probably go back one more time and see if its improved.

ugh. great tvs and would be a fun place to watch football if the service and food were up to par. had to wait 30 minutes to even order and drinks are always weak. wish i liked it more

Great Sports Bar!. My new favorite bar! Tons of TVs so it's perfect for games. Went for the chargers game last Sunday and had some food and drinks with friends. Food was good and they have great drink specials. I'll be going back for sure.
