their customer service is horrible.. their customer service is the worst. I always use a certain office that is supposed to be closest to us the web site even says so. well this time they got rude and told me they can't pick us up, but it has never been a problem before. instead they are sending us to a different office and then told me that the class car we want will most likely not be available there because it's a smaller office. seriously this is really sad. I will never be using this company again!…
DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE.. BAD SERVICE. The customer service is bad. People who work there are freaking rude. They are super unprofessional and have the worse customer service ever. I can understand why they have so many bad reviews because they SUCK. They never pick you up or drop you off on time. You have to wait 1-2hours to get a ride. If you call them and ask "when are you going to pick me up?" , They will say "Our driver is on his way" (yeah.. right.. somebody will show up in 1-2 hours.) F*** you guys!…
