anybody want to buy 2 groupons for $35 each??. Anybody want to buy 2 groupons for $35 each, let me know. I bought this groupon for my boyfriend and I to use to have a couple's spa day. Didn't know you had to book so in advance. My boyfriend has been out to sea due to the navy and has just gotten the dates as to when he is to return and only has a week and a half leave before he deploys for 8 months again. They have nothing available during that week and a half according to their online booking system and no one answers when you call. So what was supposed to be a couple's spa day has turned into a hectic issue. I just want to get rid of the groupons now and spend my time with my loved one, even if we aren't getting pampered anymore. Contact me if you want to buy. mcdancer01@hotmail dot com

NOT WORTH IT. This salon is so noisy. Facials and massages are not relaxing. You can hear through the doors to all the rooms. Very small. Overpriced. I was going to this so called "spa" for eyebrow waxing. Rawnette is always LATE. I was five minutes late one time and she let me know she was not happy. I even called ahead. She constantly confirmed my appointments for the wrong time. Not sure what the reviewer was talking about when they mentioned the receptionist. There is no receptionist. It is up to each person to confirm their own appointments. Going to this spa was a waste of my time and money.

Very good salon stylist.. The salon has very nice stylists and personel. Their recpetionist was friendly and helpful in helping me book my appointment. The stylist gave me exactly what I wanted. She undid the scrappy do hair style I recieved at Robert Cromeans Salon West. She made me look and feel great. Would go their again in the future.

I love The Upper Level Spa! Clairemont's best kept secret!. I first heard of the Upper Level Spa because I was going to Essence Salon downstairs. I have made visiting the Upper Level Spa a part of my beauty routine and go every time I get my hair done downstairs. They are my favorite place to get my brows shaped in San Diego and Frankie is my favorite esthetician. She did a great job with the shape and I don't have to do anything to my brows for weeks. The salon itself is beautiful and quiet, cool and very calming. I like being up there and can't wait to try their other services and products. Their prices are good and they even do bridal makeup! I'm going to try a facial there next week. They also offer $10 off any service for referring a friend which I've taken advantage of many times!

Best Facial in the world. If you would like a spiritual expierence you need to see Frankie. I see Frankie for ALL my waxing needs and my to die for facials. Her energy radiates making me feel so relaxed and safe. The spa is gorgeous and easy to get to. I tell all my friends about her and now I'm telling you. Enjoy your visit.

Amazing, just what I have been looking for. I just moved here from San Fransico and had no idea where to go for my spa treatments. I happened to get an appointment with Frankie after my real esstate agent recomended her. I was amazed, I felt so relaxed, it took me to the next demention. Frankie is very professional and i left there feeling like I was walking on air.

relaxing, proffesional and perfect. Even guys need to be pampered every now and again. we wont admit it to often but we do. If your looking for a great facial treatment or brow wax, Frankie at the Spa is the chick to see. She was warm, fun and easy to talk to and work with. her talents as a proffesional esthatician and her ability to make you relax and enjoy yourself are apparent from the moment you meet her. check her out, and dont forget a massage with stacey either!

I liked this place, come check it out. I've visited the Upper Level Spa once and have returned twice since then. Frankie has been helping me with my acne problem. Since my first visit, I have seen great results. My skin has cleared a lot since then and is only improving. I look forward to my next facial. The enviiorment is very warming and relaxing. Amd the staff if very friendly.

Best Facialist EVER!. I have been on the look for a therapist that new her stuff and could get me to relax, and I found her! Frankie the lead at the Upper Level has shown me the way! She has the most amazing touch and knocks me out with this pressure point facial massage she does. I love it, love her and love the location!!!! So far I have recieved an airbrush tan that rocked, a half dozen facials, and one massage from Stacy ( she is also amazing).
